Ballistic High-Throughput Columns with Continuous Tapered IDs The BHT column for LCMS is specifically desinged from high throughput applications such as Proteomics, combinatorial chemistry ADME, DMPK and stability testing. The internal bore of the column tapers from top to bottom producing columns with high loading capacity, low pressure, high speed, high resolution and high sensitivity. Why Taper the Internal Diameter? Concentration! This exciting patented, new HPLC column technology is designed specifically for high throughput applications. High sample load with low back pressure and high speed is routine without sacrificing resolution. An increase in sensitivity for either isocratic or gradient applications will be observed as well. Fast - Achieve 396 assays per day when used with 396 well plates. Gradients (5%-95%) can be run in 45 seconds. Two Flow Ranges - Two Internal Bores? "Micro" (2.0mm to 0.5mm) and "macro" (4.0mm to 1.0mm) bores are available. Choose the BHT column bore based on your sample and flow rate desired. The "micro" BHT offers the capacity of a 2.0mm column with the resolution and sensitivity of a 0.5mm ID column. The "macro" BHT offers the capacity of a 4.0mm column with the resolution and sensitivity of a 1.0mm column. All BHT columns are 25mm long. ![]() BHT Column with Holder
