accurate determinations of pKa of new chemical entities (NCE) using your current Agilent 3D CE, Beckman P/ACE 5000, Beckman
MDQ, Beckman PA-800 or other single capillary instruments. No new instrumentation is required.
Run 12 or 24 point calibrations and use the pKa Estimator Elite™ software to calculate pKa of mono or multi valent
molecules without all the hassles associated with other methods of determination. The software runs all the different
algorithms necessary for pinpoint accuracy and pre-made buffers makes pKa determination routine and easy to use.
