A Novel Separation Approach
Often a researcher is interested in knowing as much about his sample as possible. With the TriSep™,
using CEC, it is possible to run gradient HPLC and voltage at the same time. Your method is both
chromatographic and electrophoretic providing a novel approach to the separation of your samples. You can
manipulate selectivity by changing the ratio of pressure to voltage; utilizing the selectivity of
chromatography for neutral compounds and separation of charged species based on electrophoretic mobilities
in one run gives you capabilities beyond any stand alone HPLC or CE instrument.
