The patented1 electrokinetic packing technology used in the MICRO-phase Capillary HPLC
Columns eliminates the common problem of packing ultra small columns and due to the excellent uniformity it
produces, minimizes bubble formation often occurring during a run. Uniformity and excellent reliability are
the hallmarks of the MICRO-phase line of Capillary HPLC Columns. Each column is coated in
polyimide and is individually hand inspected under a microscope to assure that the sintered frits are
inserted correctly. Each column is then tested under actual CEC/LC conditions to make sure that the columns
perform to our specifications for efficiency, selectivity and symmetry. The chromatogram is supplied with
the column.
Micro-phase Capillary HPLC Columns
The First Choice in CEC
Manufactured under GMP conditions for reproducible results, each of these prepacked Capillary HPLC Columns are hand inspected under a microscope for assured reliability. Frits are checked for proper placement and alignment. Detection window can be created by the user if desired. Every column is tested under CEC/LC conditions and the actual chromatogram is provided with purchase. Using proprietary, patented technology, the Micro-phase C-18 Column provides better particle packing than other packing techniques, producing more consistent and reliable Capillary HPLC columns. Using a zero dead volume fitting, the column is connected to a piece of capillary and a window can be burned in for on column detection.
