Making reproducible buffers for HPCE or OTCEC is not a trivial matter! If the buffer is not precise, EOF and migration times will not be precise and the final data will not be precise. Zeta buffers were designed to provide analysts with the security of knowing that all of the essential properties that make a CE buffer precise have been taken into account. Zeta Buffers contain good buffering capacity, temperature stable pH, low UV absorbance, and consistent conductivity and ionic strength. All Zeta Buffers are filtered through a 0.2µ filter during manufacturing and are supplied with Certificates of Analysis for each lot. Zeta Buffers are maufactured for low conductivity when appropriate, consistent viscosity, and low UV and fluorescent impurities.
