These coated columns also greatly reduce the protein to wall interaction making them an excellent choice for protein separations. Coated with polymers that expose the lumen of the capillary to sulfonic acid groups, these columns become pH independent and the EOF is reproducible. With slower EOF, Chiral selectors have more time to separate enantiomers. Outside of the columns are coated with standard polyimide for strength. These columns are compatible with all major commercial instruments and a lot number is printed on every package.

These columns are pH resistant up to pH 8.5 and should last over hundreds of injections under proper conditions. With zero flow, these columns allow your analytes to separate completely based on mobility differences. Coated in polyimide these columns should not be used with electric window makers. These columns are compatible with all major commercial instruments and a lot number is printed on every package.
