Double layer, dynamic coating system that increases precision of EOF and eliminates pH as a controlling factor. Use pH as a selectivity tool. The proprietary, ionic, polymers in the run buffer provides ion pairing for proteins and peptides. Especially good for basic compounds (positively charged at low pH). This kit is designed for established methods that run routinely or when large volumes are needed. Kit contains everything needed to use CElixir effectively.
