Specifications

Cogent HyperSphere™ HPLC columns are equivalent to and excellent replacements for Hypersil® columns.

Cogent HyperSphere™ columns provide excellent performance for all classes of compounds, including acidic, basic and neutral compounds. This stationary phase is especially noted for its highly reproducible chromatography and an extremely long lifetime. Base deactivated for minimizing peak tailing, these columns provide excellent peak symmetry.

Cogent HyperSphere™ with four different phases for flexibility in your laboratory in 3 and 5 µm particle sizes. Other sizes are available, please inquire.

Use in Your Current Method
  Q. Will these columns meet my current SOP requirements?
A. Yes, these columns are equivalent to the Hypersil™ columns and will give you reproducible results and reliable chromatography. They should perform identically to your current Hypersil™ column.

The Cyano phase columns are recommended for bases in reverse phase due to their highly retentive nature and tailing normally found in reverse phase chromatography.

The Amino phase columns are excellent choices for LS-MS; Provides non hexane normal phase chromatography for highly acidic compounds by using Methanol or Acetonitrile. Also excellent choices for separation of sugars.
