Test Mixtures
This test was performed by and independent, GLP Laboratory with and HP 1090 HPLC System with industry standard, HPLC column-probe conditions and not optimized for any individual column. These columns were chosen to learn how the Cogent HPS™ C18 column performed compared with market leading C18 base deactivated, C18 non base deactivated and C8 base deactivated products. Columns, methods and samples were selected to match closely to other published methods with no changes to the mobile phases.
Test Mixtures (concentration): The test mixtures were prepared so that each
peak area would be approximately the same and easy to compare.
