Discussion of the Chromatogram:
Standard C18 columns will not be retentive enough to retain these very polar compounds. The Cogent Bidentate C18™ will retain them and due to the chemical nature of the TYPE-C Silica™, the column quickly equilibrates between mobile phase changes making this separation possible with a single pump.
