Boric Acid Buffer – pH 8.14
(0.1M TRIS, 0.15 M Boric Acid)

Preparation of 100mL of buffer pH 8.14 for use with CelerityCE™ bonded capillaries.

Dissolve 1.21g of reagent grade TRIS (FW: 121.1) + 0.927g of reagent grade Boric acid (FW 61.83) in 100 ml of de-ionized water. Using every precaution, adjust pH as needed. Keep refrigerated. Dilute (1:10) before use.
