Controlling the EOF is one of the most important parameters in Capillary Electrophoresis.
Zero flow capillaries are one of our most popular items. Covalently bonded for stability, these capillaries produce virtually no EOF even at high voltage. Useful between pH 2.0 and 8.0.
No change in methodology is required other than the conditioning step.
Zero capillaries are now supplied with certificates of analysis for EOF characteristics. For best results, it is not recommended to use heat to create windows in the capillaries.
